Streaming is also formatted, right? And streaming isn't always free. That's as much as I know 'bout it. You make cds for restaurant play? You bring them with you when you go out to eat, or they already know what to play when you walk through the door?

I play soccer with a bunch of people in their 20s. One is a musician who just released an album. When I asked to buy his cd, him and a couple of others looked at me like I was asking to buy a wax cylinder. I then asked if any of them buy music on cds. CDs?! WTF?!
