  1. Seat belts? Who needs 'em? This makes me laugh out loud every time I watch it. http://www.consumptionjunction.com/downloads/cj_32019.wmv (736kb) Yes, it's workplace safe. There is sound, car sounds.
  2. I'm trying to decide what to name the Organissimo Forum award. The Orgy? I want to present the very first Orgy to 7/4. Who, as far as I know, currently holds the record for the most posts in a single day. This is awarded as of today, 4/21/04, for a record number 178 posts. Whew! Congratulations to 7/4. The record number of posts is documented with the image that follows.
  3. Yep, I know. I just posted this separately to point out the "running very low status" of the set to those who still didn't pick it up... Man, I figured as much. I don't recall seeing a recent stand-alone thread for the T/K/M box. I thought, if anybody is looking for information about the T/K/M box, whether to buy it or not... they can check THIS thread and THE OTHER thread. I've enjoyed my Tristano/Konitz box very much. Get it while you can.
  4. I doubt 7/4 can do another day. He was busy, along with AfricaBrass, literally for several hours.
  5. This is exactly how I feel about Pink Floyd's 'The Wall.' In just two words... describes my detailed feelings quite accurately. How stupid/stoned (and moronic) is the music, especially the second disk, on 'The Wall.'
  6. I monitored this thread, while at work, all day long. It was 'fun' but you ain't missing nothing, for sure. What? I don't know about you, but I was laughing my ass off. Oh, me too. But, to go back and re-read this stuff, if you weren't involved with it's day-long evolution... may not be the most entertaining way to spend your time. But, yes, I was laughing too. This thread made my work day pass oh-so-much quicker.
  7. Hey Jude. What a bore. Let's just say the same words, over and over, for something like eight minutes. Revolution #9 was more interesting.
  8. Now THAT is NOT a stupid question.answer right here the Duck showers with his pants on!!! Somehow I missed this today. This is a good one, couw.
  9. I monitored this thread, while at work, all day long. It was 'fun' but you ain't missing nothing, for sure.
  10. Here's is where Larry Kart responded to my comments regarding the T/K/M booklet. Nothing against Larry Kart but, yeah, a little above me, musically speaking. >link<
  11. I believe most of the Tristano/Konitz/Marsh discussion is in this thread. >link<
  12. I'm tired of the long, drawn-out ending to Hey Jude.
  13. 7/4 passes Chuck Nessa on the Organissimo Forum All Time list. Hehe...
  14. Some stats on this thread:
  15. 7/4 = 145 posts
  16. Maybe you could list some Steven Wright type questions?
  17. Yeah ....just give him a little shove....just a little shove...push him over the edge.... C'mon! C'mon... 200 posts? 300 posts? 500..?
  18. 7/4: How high can you make your post count go (in a single day)?
  19. 7/4 = 121 posts (so far). I wonder if this is a record?
  20. Ever heard the phrase, "Hell bent for leather?" What does it mean? Where did it come from?
  21. 7/4: You're my 'enabler' on this thread. You've helped me to add a couple of posts to my post-count too. B)
  22. How could you say that? Well, I never...... ....maybe sometimes. Hmmm... let's see. Who are the Top Ten posters for today? Who's at the top? What do you know, it's 7/4.
  23. My picks are: 1. 'True' by Spandau Ballet 2. 'Africa' by Toto 3. 'Karma Chameleon' by Culture Club What are your three?
  24. I'll admit that this is a damned cool album.
  25. Maybe he has his friends/relatives making the first bid just to make it look legit? If he gets only that first bid, he drops it and no harm done. You never know.
