I got a divorce. However it was only part of a larger problem. I didn't know the woman long enough to realize that we really didn't have anything in common and music was in that equation. I liked the guy in the black hat who is part of my avatar and the ex liked Neil Diamond. Some of the posters here have pointed out that compromise is in order in this case. However if compromise doesn't seem to work and your wife is giving you hell over your musical tastes then you might want to view this as a smoke signal in your relationship.

Patricia I don't mean to come off as critical or judgemental I'm just curious as to why you interacted with deep at the level that you did. I realize that it's your buisness but I just wondered what the attraction was. At any rate that gave him no right to address you in the manner that he did. The things that were said to you by that individual were too put it mildly way out of line.

Conn I'd be inclined to worry about someone who actually enjoyed colds . I'm not a wah wah poor me person when I catch a cold but let me put it this way I'm not real cordial either. Colds,Flu and something we call the Pagosa crud have really been making the rounds and just about everyone I know has been zapped. Oh well tis the season!
