In contrast, I liked pianist Michael Wolff's response when a cellphone went off right up front during his solo intro. He paused and said, "Answer that, tell them where you are, and to come down here."
You know, the very first note I heard of this (when FFA posted it) was in a somewhat noisy environment, and my initial reponse was along the lines of ... "whoa - interesting harmony there!"
