  1. Please let us know - I'm curious about this, too. Coincidently, I was just working with his DVD a moment ago.
  2. Whaddaya, some kind of BUM?
  3. Barry told a local television station he gave the youths left after he gave them a couple of dollars. Maybe he should have given them "right".
  4. Didn't have any plans, or invites until a few moments ago - my neighbors just invited me to have drinks with them, so in the interest of good relations, I'll do just that. Everyone be safe tonight, and have a great 2006!
  5. I would think that the difficulties multiply with electric instruments.
  6. I stopped into BestBuy to check out the equipment a couple of months ago, and randomly started changing channels on an XM boom box. Heard Mahavishnu Orchestra, then some funky and interesting piece that I no longer remember the name of. I thought that was encouraging, but at this point, my interest in either station has waned. Mainly because I don't want another monthly bill right now. And how much did Sirius pay Howard Stern again???
  7. the MP3s from the Eroica page sound fantastic, Mike. Including the Mendelssohn.
  8. RD is always a sure thing live. It will be great to have that on CD.
  9. Should I start a new thread asking about the symphonies, or can we add on to this one?
  10. Mel will be at the Green Mill with Peter Bernstein the week before we play there in January.
  11. Is Mel based in Indy? I remember hearing he was living in Milwaukee for a while.
  12. If you still haven't figured out the clues in the thread, Suzy Creamcheese was a groupie from Frank Zappa's early daze with the Mothers Of Invention.. She was introduced on the "Freak Out" album and is mentioned in some detail in Frank Zappa's autobiography, "The Real Frank Zappa Book" ... Oh - I obviously don't know what I'm talking about.
  13. I have no idea who that is, but I like the name!
  14. No Boney James?
  15. Love you, man. :rsmile:
  16. Still no Chicagolanders, and we're missing Patricia, too.
  17. I'm not familiar with Moreno. What did you think of him?
  18. In the future.... everyone is skinny as hell.
  19. Airbus' proposal for a super-capacity airliner with seating configuration for 730 passenger. Red arrows indicate emergency exits. In: Aircraft Interiors International, March 2004. There is no way in hell you'd get me on that thing.
  20. Transportation Futuristics!
