  1. David Newman - House of David (Atlantic mono original) Pepper Adams - 10 to 4 at the 5 spot (Riverside, only affordable as a KING Japan reissue)
  2. This LP is a big one. But $80 is too much for a copy like this.
  3. They still offer these pressings? Here is another thread of this topic. I thought that they are long gone because this "special sale" started back in August.
  4. They charged my credit card immediately after ordering ... and that was back in August!

  6. 2047 (or is it 2041?!). Late ... not too late!
  7. I have the KING LP which sounds fantastic (KING LPs normally do! ). This session is a good one, but not his best on CONTEMPORARY. To swing or not to swing (C3513) and Music to listen to (Vol. 4) (C3521) are my favorites. The before mentioned Feeling free (C3618) is also great.
  8. Ahhh, that's a good one. Currently on my turntable: Joe Pass - For Jango (Pacific, excellent japanese KING pressing)
  9. Star Highs - Warne Marsh with Hank Jones, George Mraz and Mel Lewis (Criss Cross 1002, 1982)
  10. Just sent you a PM re Dave Douglas & Charles McPherson!
  11. I'm starting this rainy day with Preface: The Morris Nanton Trio (Prestige, german SABA issue)
  12. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaargghhhh?! (... my heart ...) What would I give for all the missing original LP inner sleeves .....
  13. Let's wait for another bargain from amazon.de or jpc.de in 2006! -_-
  14. Yusef Lateef - Jazz 'round the world (impulse! original)
  15. I received the new Enrico Rava - Tati today and was suprised that it came without this nice ECM slipcase. It is sealed like any other CD. Will ECM no longer use these cardboard slipcases?
  16. Never heard of this label QED. I have this great session on CD (hatOLOGY).
  17.
