i have this one (from japan) on cd. it's great! B-) Nathan Davis comes to south florida each year as part of the melton mustafa jazz festival. he is always wonderful!

well, i just reported this to mosaic and was told that the set came out in 1999 and i was the only one who noticed this! because it is about to be sold out. they will not be taking any action to correct the disc, booklet or liner notes. oh well.

while i am waiting for my mosaic, i've been listening to marcus's. quite enjoyable!! B-) now here's my question: Disc 7 song 14 titled "willow weep for me" liner notes say 3:08 the cd says willow weep for me, but it is NOT this song and plays 5:12!!! the next song "moten swing" IS willow weep for me. the rest of the songs are out of sequence (i. e. conflict between the cd and the liner notes and booklet). apparantly song # 8 got moved to the end (#19) on the cd, but the liner notes & booklet state otherwise. has this been reported to mosaic?

And a tad grayer than the last picture I saw! ah, but aren't we all.

This is an outstanding album , you won't regret it one minute. He's absolutely on top form on these sides. He played a lot with Getz ( check out Getz in Sweden 2CD on Dragon). Very good choice. wow! this one was terriffic!!! i really have to find some more JAN JOHANSSON!!!!
