  1. I hear ya! They will appear again sometime in the future......
  2. I'm looking for a used truck for hauling stone, mulch, trash to the dump, and other jobs that only a truck can do. Basically for weekend driving. I'm contemplating a 1977 Ford F-100 300ci 6 cylinder, automatic. Good engine/transmission, some rust. Prefer a full size (but doesn't have to be) and doesn't have to be a 4x4. What would you recommend? What are you partial to? Thanks for all replies!
  3. Ed- I don't think that it was a mistake with Deepdiscountcd...... I ordered the Hackett from them about a year or so ago and it arrrived fine (sealed/numbered).....they also had the Stitt and a few others.....this info appeared on the BNBB and Mosaic was alerted about this then the Mosaics disappeared. I would check periodically to see if they ever came back....then one day I found the Prima/Manone and the Vaughn so I ordered them- arrived sealed/numbered. Then recently all the Mosaics listed on the first post showed up.......and after this info was posted on this board they disappeared from Deepdiscountcd again........ Bummer....
  4. Darn shame.....and with their promotional code the sets were *real* cheap.....
  5. I hope someone didn't complain to Mosaic (again) and force Deepdiscountcd to remove the sets- that was a good thing going. The booklets were numbered so Mosaic had to know about them. And when I compared the numbers in the booklet of sets bought from deepdiscountcd to ones I bought from Mosaic they were the same penmanship- this assuming that someone from Mosaic numbers the booklets. They were legit sets as far as I can tell- they had to get them somewhere.....and if they wish to sell them cheaper than Mosaic then that's their choice. I'm glad they offered cheaper sets- I'll save money anyway I can.
  6. I ordered the Hackett, Vaughn and Prima/Manone from them and they arrived fine and were numbered. Took awhile but I was in no hurry.
