I watched season 1 of Scandal, then about 2 episodes into season 2 I started to ask myself "why am I watching this soap opera bullshit?" and turned it off and never looked back. Trash tv for frustrated horny housewives.

Gotham. They finally added this one to Netflix and I've been watching it over the past week. Pretty good comic book derived series that seems not wholly sure whether it's serious or camp but has fun regardless. Not nearly as good as Netflix' "Daredevil" but worth a look.

The particular copyright in question was filed in 1935 for a specific arrangement of the music, that was what Warners has been using to collect royalties. However the judge discovered that no copyright existed for the lyrics of the song and thus threw it out.

I would recommend uninstalling Spotify entirely, then download a fresh copy and reinstall.

Right click on the menu bar at the bottom. Select "Task Manager". Once open find "Spotify", select it and shut down the process. No idea what is causing the issue but that's the easiest way to kill it without having to reboot your computer.

The building used for this album cover is the Los Angeles Theater on Broadway in downtown.

I don't know about the UK but in the States we have freshwater bass, so my guess is "sea bass" came into play to differentiate the two.

As Sangrey mentioned above we've had these in the US for as long as I can remember, we just call them "Fish Sticks" instead. Doctor Who loves "Fish Fingers & Custard", in the States that concoction would be "Fish Sticks & Pudding".

Well, I enjoyed it. It was laid back but had a great atmosphere and I enjoyed seeing all those character actors working together. It was nice to see Winona Ryder given a good part for a change. Oh yeah, I'll basically watch anything with Bill Nighy, I think he's quite possibly the coolest person alive.

The Worriker Trilogy (BBC) - Episode 2: Turks & Caicos I loved the first episode of this spy series (Page Eight also starring Bill Nighy, with Rachel Weisz) but didn't know it was part of a series because in the US it was released as "Page Eight" and I thought it was a standalone film. Amazon Prime has the entire series for streaming so I'm a happy camper. Hell of a cast too...Bill Nighy, Christopher Walken, Winona Ryder and Helena Bonham Carter plus a fine cast of character actors including James Naughton, Dylan Baker, Rupert Graves, Zack Grenier and Malik Yoba. Typically excellent BBC production.

I like both Sherlock and Elementary.

The Orpheum Theatre in downtown Los Angeles. I took this photo on an intensely sunny afternoon but after playing around with filters for a little bit I came up with this kind of film noir look. One accidental effect that was cool is the Orpheum sign on the top of the building looks like it is illuminated but it's actually just getting struck by the sunlight.
