  1. Uhh Not sure anymore. Sorry I'm an idiot.
  2. Don't seem to be able to. Get the results right away.
  3. It sure sounds like Ray Nance to me on number 11 (Delilah) though I don't think I've ever heard Nance with a group this modern and I have no idea who anyone else is.
  4. Probably not. Can I get back in?
  5. That's strange. I voted and said that I knew someone who was severely ill but when I checked the results it said no one had said that.
  6. Glen Gould used to like her. (Though maybe it was just Downtown.)
  7. IIRC some of the individual cds are the same as previous cd releases, others seem to be new editions (or at least I haven't seen them before) .
  8. Number 2 is 2:41 on Brown Penny. As is Twist on Primping for the Prom.
  9. That just proves that stupidity isn't genetic. My FB feed is full of ads from price gauging ads for toilet paper and masks.
  10. Tell it to Wallace Roney. Then go out and lick a subway door. My FB feed is full of ads from price gauging ads for toilet paper and masks.
  11. 2:41 but it seems to be the same as theme part 2. I found this out because checking Amazon I discovered that Primping for the Prom is available for download. And as is mentioned above both Asphalt Jungle Twist and Cop Out are on it. (Though the mix seems quite different than the Theme Part 2 on Brown Penny.) https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0067GSBCU/ref=dm_ws_sp_ps_dp
  12. They're both on a release called Brown Penny. I think The Asphalt Jungle Twist may have been a single release of the theme.
  13. I saw him a few years ago with Geri Allen on piano. They were great.
  14. Listed as the Asphalt Jungle Twist?
  15. Cop-out is on the latest legitimate (i.e. Sony) cd of Ellington Indigoes. I think Asphalt Jungle Twist is just a renamed Asphalt Jungle. (At least it's not listed in the usually accurate New DESOR.)
  16. Is number 2 The Sons of Kemet? (Though I only hear one bass.)
  17. This is a great record. Somehow a 12 inch of it was at my family house. Not sure who bought, I think my sister who was hardly a hipster. Then again she bought me The Hawk in HiFi for my 12 birthday.
  18. According to his twitter feed he's in critical condition.
  19. I also saw him in 1961 with a quintet including John Gilmore at a small club in Montreal . I was just getting into jazz at the time and nothing about it seemed peculiar except that it was August and they played The Christmas Song.
  20. Yes and I have the set. At one point you can hear someone sitting near the recording equipment saying something stupid and I think it's me.
  21. IIRC (and I often don't). I saw Roy Buchannan at The Horseshoe Tavern in Toronto. It was a usually a Country and Western bar but I also saw Sun Ra there.
  22. Do you know which case study house it was?
  23. I think your checking account number is on your check. (Or cheque as I prefer-- hey Spell-check didn't correct me. Or should I say Spell-cheque.)
