  18. It was very nice to see Cadel Evans win the Tour. He used his brain as well as his legs, staying close to the lead in the overall standings for most of the Tour until the next to last stage when he won the timelap race. A victory that went unquestioned, a nice change for recent Tour winners. AP story on a cleaner Tour de France.
