  1. Hard job, but if I have to: Rock 1965-1975 Jazz 1955-1965. And the nineties for the huge amount of output on cd: new historical recordings, "world music", new "classical" stuff, avantgarde, etc, overall the decade I discovered most music, new and old.
  2. Rega, no doubt!
  3. Music Matters, 45rpm reissue.
  4. NY, mono. edit: Richard Davis, wow!
  5. Actually I was there, but I was too young to fully appreciate the concert. Pisa Jazz was a great festival back then, I have fond memories of Sun Ra and others.
  6. I guess it's the interviewer who leads the show, anyway I am not one of his fan, just loved the style.
  7. Prestige, NY 50th label.
  8. Definitely, and it's what I like about it, maybe "nice guy" weren't the right words. Anyway Don Was has done some notable things in his life that qualify him like something more then a wanna be hipster. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Don_Was
  9. Here an interview with Don Was, a nice guy IMHO. http://www.analogplanet.com/content/blue-note-president-don-was-talks-about-his-blue-note-vinyl-reissue-project
  10. 3 lps set, Japan. Unfortunately the booklet is in japanese!
