This fascinating handsome set has a wonderful booklet and I've been waiting for its release and to have it in my hands for what seems a long while. I like this Joe Ross cd cover. Seems a tribute to his mother, heartfelt, doesn't even have his own name on the cover. The emotion reaches me. Very much enjoy the music as well.

Yes, I'm glad Japan re- reissued those Cannonballs for those who missed them last decade.

I know I'll pre-order. The sound on the Mobley and Henderson sets they just released was very pleasing. . . I sold Japanese copies of the sessions.
