Baby Face Willette "Stop and Listen" Blue Note Japan "24 bit by RVG" cd
  6. Thanks David. He has fallen twice this week so far, which is very uncharcteristic, but the main symptom other than extreme fatique has been gastro-intestinal, and his lungs have been examined and seem fine. Promising so far. My brother has finally become symptom free and will return to work on Tuesday.
  7. Thanks. He has been on a good diet for the last year to support kidney health--half of the week he eats vegetarian, all the week he eats very low sodium, healthy choices.

  9. Thanks my friend. The virus has invaded his facility and that time frame for testing results is the new norm it seems. We're hoping for the best.

  19. Kenny Burrell "Ellington a la Carte" Muse cd. Kenny and Rufus Reid on bass, live. The All Music review is way off base imo--this is a great album.
  20. Got a chance to listen to another disc or so so I am replaying this one. Mastering is quite good. Joe Castro "Passion Flower for Doris Duke" disc 4 Which is this Atlantic album plus alternates:
  21. Well, we can assume Michael and Charlie made those decisions. . . they still could have been the format the label decided. In the case of the Monk it may have been before any Monk cd were released under Blue Note and they may have wished to retain that right. . . .
  22. Joe Castro "Passion Flower for Doris Duke" disc 4 Which is this Atlantic album plus alternates:
  23. I think the biggest guess at the time was that the French branch of Verve/Universal were assembling or planning a cd set of the material--which never materialized--and that for that reason Mosaic was only offered a vinyl license for release. Happy holidays Bol!
  24. Wolfgang Lackerschmid and Chet Baker "Quintet Sessions 1979" Audiophile sound, nice playing.
