That's most likely, though these descriptions on the site are pretty hard to make definitive decisions from. I'm looking forward to the Ellington, even though I wish there were two discs of A Drum is a Woman (at one point a two cd set was planned). I'm enjoying these sets, like having all these recordings in one little box.

I think this series is a great thing to happen for true Zappa fans. Alas, I'm not among them.

The only Zappa lps I kept in my collection were "Freak Out" just because, and "The Man from Utopia" because I love the two "jazz rap" songs that are on that (and I'll never forget "The Dangerous Kitchen."). I might but "The Man from Utopia" on cd. Not really interested in Zappa any longer. A friend of mine bought three of the new reissues last month and is very happy with them.

Re-watching "Mad Men" Season 1 for I don't know, the fourth time maybe? This time around seems I'd forgotten how much we saw of Progressive Insurance's "Flo"(Stephanie Courtney) in the early episodes. And I was very impressed with Maggie Siff's performance, but shouldn't be, she's a very capable actress, and this is as interesting role as hers in "Sons of Anarchy." I remember when I first watched this season how disgusted I was with the Don Draper character. I had just lost a loved wife, and he was cheating on his with two mistresses and acting like a huge jerk. And on top of that several young coworkers were just charmed to the gills with Draper, talking about him as if he were the epitome of manhood, they had a big crush. Now, seasons of the show have made me pity Draper more than detest him, and I've warmed to other characters as well. And this time around I began to understand why Campbell is such a douchebag seeing how his father was and treated him. . . I don't remember that from previous viewings. The Blu-ray sets look great.

I have too many as well. Congrats Brooks, I think you'll enjoy exploring that guitar.
