I have the Hot House reissue of this which I bought a few years ago, not a particularly good pressing but I only paid about £10 for it. I’ve just looked on Discogs and the only copy for sale is going for £263! What’s going on?

Yes but the median price is £30.80 and highest paid is £55 which gives a more realistic indication of current market value.

I paid £40 for it a couple of years ago

Subtle, lovely music.

Stickers on the cover and labels inform me that my LP was formerly property of the Duquesne University Library.  However, it doesn't appear to have been checked out much.  The vinyl is very clean.
