Who is Kyle Koehler?

I am planning on seeing Lou Donaldson this coming week. He has Kyle Koehler playing B3. I have not heard of him before. Does anyone here know about him?

Good player. I played with him a few times, just sitting in. Never worked with him. Nice player, though.

i think he's pretty good. i've enjoyed his contributions to don's braden organic trio and his appearance on conrad herwig's recording obligation.

I have heard something he has done with Lou Donaldson, the Braden disc and Dom Minasi's Quick Response. He always impressed me.

If you downloaded the LD show from 1-28-05 at New Morning from Dime (this was offered last year, I think), Kyle Koehler is on that show, so you probably have heard him with Lou. (thanks for offering the earlier LD show from the same venue, it looked so familiar I had to look up the old show to see if it was a re-seed, and that's when I realized not only is it new, but the old one has this Kyle dude on it.)

I wonder if he has a customized koehler hammond organ, with a koehler built right into the organ bench.

that is similar 2 my big dream of having the "BBQB3" organ: its a hammond with a built in bbq grill on the top level so u can play the organ and cook your ribs at the same time. i already have the drawings set up

Wouldn't it be easier to just mount a rotisserie on the Leslie? Of course, you'd have to keep it on "slow" during the whole gig....
