JSngry Posted June 6, 2013 Report Posted June 6, 2013 I gave my love a toaster that made no toast. I gave my love a tickin' clock that told no time. I gave my love a speedometer that had no car. My love she took this loving gift and threw it out afar. Oh, so true. So true. Quote

Very interesting to furriners I don't get 2 things. There's no date on the document and if, as appears, it's a sales voucher of some kind, that seems odd. So, when did you get this, anyway? Before or after Donald Byrd's album came out? But, if it's a sales voucher, I can't see the point of having a little advert telling you about the optional extras that you could have had (one of which you DID have) if you hadn't bought that particular car. Sometimes things work in strange ways, though. MG Quote
Chuck Nessa Posted July 25, 2013 Report Posted July 25, 2013 This is a "window sticker" showing the price and contents of the vehicle. I bought the car in 1964. This was the first year of the Mustang and predates the Byrd record by a couple years. Quote
