Not forgetting Johnson's theme for the follow-on 'New Avengers' series. With the Kukri-yielding Joanna Lumley taking over from Rigg. Laurie Johnson of course has delved into jazz from time to time. He recorded the third-streamish 'Synthesis' with a stellar band inc. Tubby Hayes, Kenny Wheeler and Joe Harriott !
