Gheorghe Posted May 24, 2020 Report Posted May 24, 2020 Though my favourite Impluse! album of Pharoah is "Karma", I like this one also very much. Here it´s more stuff with small percussion instruments. But another one I like very much "At the East" I think never made it to CD..... Quote

It was reissued in Japan in 2011 and there are some copies out there. One is on its way to me. Nice. I hope you enjoy it. NP: Quote

I have no data to prove that, and of course they both bent both ways. But that was just an impression I had after playing that record a few times this morning. Quote

Actually, that's one of the most wrong things I've ever said about anything. Must have had the needle on the wrong cd of the CD turntable, I don't know. Just finished this, Teddy Treasure, though. with no crazyass wrong impressions. It's just a damn good record, period. Quote
EKE BBB Posted May 24, 2020 Report Posted May 24, 2020 Revisiting one of those few discs which can turn a dreary morning into a bright and shinny day. If you don’t believe it, try and play ‘Isn’t It A Lovely Day’ at a high volume, and sing (shout!) along while doing something at home, e.g. cooking. You will see life differently in a couple of minutes. It works for me! 😀 Quote
