“For The Last Time - Ruby Braff’s Historic Final Performance With Scott Hamilton” Arbors 2 cd set, disc 1

I pulled a handful of Ruby Braff cds from the shelves and will listen to them over the next weeks. He was a continuously interesting player, always seriously working the traditional jazz field with sincere aritstry. He certainly ended his performing career on a high point with these recordings.
