I did a reverse image search and the cartoon, not the writing, seems to come from Archie Comics. There was some outfit or organization called Keller Jazz that used the comic as you reproduced it. Is that where you found it?

Its been adopted for Prog (and Tim Webb put it up here)

But I can't find a template to make changes?

Delmark Records also used it on Facebook I see ... anyway I wonder if Zazzle would produce such a t-shirt. They hassle you about images they think might be copyrighted or trademarked.

These days...if only teenagers would discover jazz. Yes, I know, a very few do...but music always seems to be one of the first things cut in schools.
