Like the others said, you should definitely sample it before buying... If you hate Bob Dylan, it's probably not for you... I like it quite a bit...

Yes that’s a great live album

I must have expressed myself badly. What I meant about the Gullin CD was that apparently things had already come full circle for this CD - though it looked brand new it must have been part of a collection this shop bought up and then sold off that way. Which surprised me as it seems to have been a comparatively recent production on a collector/collectible label that does not normally finish in the "sale" bins yet. This shop does stock certain new Sonorama vinyls too, BTW.

Here is BFT 261. Something for everyone (including @Dan Gould for one cut), and my usual boundary stretching and 60's/70's-centric focus. Looking forward to reading and responding to your impressions and guesses. Only one cut that is likely to stump everyone (even @rostasi ). The person with by far the best chance of getting it is @randyhersom (and that's a clue). https://thomkeith.net/blindfold-tests/2025-blindfold-tests/

All 4 Let's Active albums, which have been OOP for a long time, have been remastered and are currently being re-released by the band, only on streaming platforms (at least for now). -

Per Google AI: The first major rock triple LP set was the Woodstock: Music from the Original Soundtrack and More album, released in August 1970. George Harrison's solo album All Things Must Pass followed in November 1970 and is considered the first rock triple album of new studio material. -
Recorded in 1963.

Disc 1 - originally released as Firm Roots

It's good, but different. I bought it expecting something like his earlier free material. It isn't really free, and is eclectic and relatively quiet. Some excellent playing and arrangements by Tyler. Some vocals that also were unexpected. I recommend with the proviso that it's not like the earlier free jazz dates. You can audition it on Youtube. I also have this, which is good and more in the free mold:

I too will have to revisit.

I have that one but haven't listened in a long time. I'll give it a spin.
