  2. Since I don't have the Mosaic, I might be in on the game for the 2-CD set.
  3. Yes - I have these but still would like them as originally recorded. Besides that, the playing time would make it an LP issue just as well.
  4. Nice! Reminds me of Percy France's saxophone interludes for a series of Mike Hammer books-on-tape that were released from about 1988-92, except that he never got more than about 28 seconds of playing time, on the out-credits. Subscribing for sure. Here's a direct link to the page: https://www.youtube.com/@JazzfromDetroitFilm
  5. An official release of some of the live early-1960s material that Frank Tiberi recorded.

Denon is sitting on a lot of music which should be reissued, including some great 70's live Max Roach with Billy Harper.
  10. @mikeweil. Good call, that's the session that got Alice's overdubs for the Infinity album.
  11. https://store.bluenote.com/products/ike-quebec-the-complete-45-sessions-blue-note-tone-poet-series?variant=44466687082687 Color me surprised ... already issued by Mosaic, is the market that big for the LP treatment? I do love Ike but can't say I pull this out very often - the short playing times and not really the greatest organ behind him. I don't see this being a big seller but what do I know.
  12. Didn't know about the expanded reissue, thanks for the hint. Only had the Blue Moon reissue. Found a cheap copy from a German discogs seller and jumped at it. 😊
  13. Various: Darmstadt Aural Documents Box 1 - Composers – Conductors. NEOS 11060 [Germany 2010]
  14. Modern bossa with Miho’s gentle sweet singing and a small jazzy combo with great arrangements. I have their follow up release as well.
  15. Cool, rainy morning. Was a tiring day yesterday, fixed the motorized insulated blind on the main living room window, augured out a non-draining bath tub, and unsuccessfully attempted to fix the dryer–three things going wrong at once. I’m feeling like just melting into the chair this morning. Starting off with Grateful Dead, “Enjoying the Ride” box set, Henry J. Kaiser Convention Center, Oakland, CA (11/21/85) disc 2 Then on to. . .. Les McCann “Never A Dull Moment! Live From Coast To Coast (1966-1967)” Resonance Records 3 cd set, disc 3
  16. And "At This Moment" is a classic of the blue-eyed soul style! Not to mention peak Alex P Keaton. Green smilie here. In all seriousness it turns out I don't seem to have those extra tracks and I may go about remedying that.
