Has anyone recently imported any music to the US? Did you have import fees? I know media is not supposed to have tariffs but Iām seeing where items are being tariffed anyway. Anyone made orders from overseas in the last couple of weeks?

Last price reductions. I will keep these listed for sale until Saturday, September 20. Thanks. Shipping is $6.50 per item (I can combine shipping if multiple items ordered). U.S. shipping only. Payment by pay pal friends/family. The British Invasion: The History of British Rock, Vols 1-4 4 CD, Rhino, 1990 CDs and CD jewel cases: Excellent Slipcase: Very Good. Slipcase has an approx. 1" tear to top edge of slipcase and some shelf wear to corners and edges. $29 Albert Ayer: Revaluations: The Complete ORTF Fondation Maeght Recordings (4 CD, Elemental Music, 2022) CDs, CD digipacks, booklet: Mint Slipcase: Near Mint due to a horizontal scratch to mid slipcase spine which is how it arrived to me from Amazon. It is a superficial scratch (may be due to a box cutter) and not deep. Otherwise, everything is basically like new. $26 -

Frank Sinatra - In The Wee Small Hours LP (Tone Poet Vinyl Edition)
JSngry replied to dougcrates's topic in Re-issues
Ok, one master tape being used 100s of times over the years makes more sense than one tape just being used to record on 100s of times. Or one machine being used just 100s of times. If I was an editor, I would ask for a more clear delineation of the shifts of context between "two tape decks" "one set" and "assembled". Somebody like me who doesn't really speak English (or so it has been accused) can (and) did) get confused! -
I saw them perform that, very special

Frank Sinatra - In The Wee Small Hours LP (Tone Poet Vinyl Edition)
Daniel A replied to dougcrates's topic in Re-issues
I understood the statement in the way Kevin explained; deck=tape machine, set=(composite) tape. I don't find it surprising or unreasonable that the tape for a 70 year old and hugely successful album would have been accessed many times. Discogs lists 160 different releases of this album. -
Wrong thread I see now. More classical than jazz of course
