I was asked if I could drive Sam from Cleveland Int'l Airport to Cleveland for a show back in 2006 I think? which I would've done for free, but I was at a conference, so I couldn't do it. To talk to that dude in my car for an hour or so? WOW! -

There's this: How a new documentary sheds light on Jerry Lewis’s notorious lost film ‘The Day The Clown Cried’ It doesn't appear to be streaming anywhere yet, but TCM aired it last year so it'll likely turn up there again. -

Document is a masterpiece. Even the scraps are brilliant. Their cover of Aerosmith's Toys in the Attic is amazing! I think the same thing about The Replacement's Pleased to Meet Me, the lost Twin Tone album. -
Sorry but within the confines of an LP facsimile, there ain't no room for bonus material.

Next, probably my favourite R.E.M. album (most likely because it was one of the first albums I bought in my teen years with my very limited financial resources): -

I’m not the biggest Silver fan and realize this makes me an exception but the personell and song selections got me interested.

That’s very cool. Unfortunately the Muse catalog got neglected for long by the vinyl revival. I think I now have most of the stuff I want but we’ll see. They’ll do some Clifford Jordan and Woody Shaw for sure.

Yeah!!! IMO, this label to me is what Blue Note was to jazz. REM, Fine Young Cannibals. Brilliant independent label. Oh Yeah! -
