  1. Past hour
  2. The Muse catalog is very large, catalog numbers 5501-5568, so over 500 releases more or less.
  3. Then forget about it being in this series.
  4. Lawrence Sieberth, New New Orleans Solo Piano
  5. Good point. Even CDJapan is coming in at $20 for this Silver.
  6. It was a Schlitten.
  7. A Schlitten according to Wikipedia.
  8. Today
  9. Was that a Fields or a Schlitten?
  10. And glad you got the Muse issue rather than the hideous 32jazz issue. What were Dorn & Co. thinking? I would pay for a CD upgrade of this one, my all-time favorite jazz album, especially with the Mosaic box bonus cut: My current version is on this. I cashed in on my Mosaic box, a decision I have mixed feelings about. There's so much that could be done with the Muse catalog.
  11. Another disc from the “Enjoying the Ride” Grateful Dead box set. Just about 14 more to go for the first time through the whole set. Madison Square Garden, New York City, NY (9/16/87) disc 1
  12. It should be a nice supplement to the Emerald records.
  13. Harld Alden/Dan Barrett Quintet “ABQ Salutes Buck Clayton” Concord cd 400×391 27.1 KB Howard Alden, guitar ; Dan Barrett, trombone ; Frank Tate, bass ; Jackie Williams, drums ; Chuck Wilson, alto saxophone, clarinet Recorded at Penny Lane Studios, New York, N.Y., June 1989
  14. That's what the Witch Doctor told me. Now, that's the Jazzzzz Messengers I know.
  15. I was asked if I could drive Sam from Cleveland Int'l Airport to Cleveland for a show back in 2006 I think? which I would've done for free, but I was at a conference, so I couldn't do it. To talk to that dude in my car for an hour or so? WOW!
  16. There's this: How a new documentary sheds light on Jerry Lewis’s notorious lost film ‘The Day The Clown Cried’ It doesn't appear to be streaming anywhere yet, but TCM aired it last year so it'll likely turn up there again.
  17. Document is a masterpiece. Even the scraps are brilliant. Their cover of Aerosmith's Toys in the Attic is amazing! I think the same thing about The Replacement's Pleased to Meet Me, the lost Twin Tone album.
  18. Sorry but within the confines of an LP facsimile, there ain't no room for bonus material.
