  1. No, the error lives on in the "Complete Columbia Studio Albums Collection 1951-1958".
  2. I will never forget Schaap's "Mahalia Swears" note from the BB&B reissue or his error in the Such Sweet Thunder reissue. These events color all mention of him for me.
  3. Any info about the orchestration edits made by Toscanini. He evidently said D sanctioned them.

  10. This afternoon I was sitting at our dining room table searching for crap on my laptop when I looked up and out the slider. The view was our deck and I flashed back a few years and saw Marcus sitting under the umbrella sipping on a beverage. Nice warm feeling. He used to be around here regularly working with the Blue Lake camp. I can only echo what everyone else has said.
