Well, he could've still been a "real" clarinetist, but maybe not a well-known one. Donzelli has this knack for capturing situations that give some push toward wanting to know a bit more about the stories behind the photos. Usually, they're excellent just on their own.

He's pretty much anonymous as is practically all of Donzelli's subjects in his photos of Italian social life.

Not sure what you're asking, but the photographer is Pietro Donzelli.

This is from just a couple of months ago. (A few years ago they did a fun show with Taj Mahal)

Not sure if I'm understanding the complaint. When a forum that's been around with as many regulars as this one (I, for one, have been here coming up on 20 years and I'm not even one of the originals), you're bound to have talked thru certain areas to death. Thankfully our interests change and hopefully grow and we find new things to talk about, but if new and/or younger people want to ask questions about something where we've all had a say, then they can just ask! Yes, there's some darn silly topics, but doesn't that just add some levity to that "library" that's, apparently, such a drag? I've been on another forum much longer than this one where months will go by without even one new posting - but when it does happen, it's often someone with a new (or "old") question or statement and many of us jump in to the conversation. As for constantly coming up with new ideas all of the time: that's when some of us rely on younger, newer folks who come around these parts. ... and, BTW: there are plenty of folks here talking about new music and their feelings about it - or even just, sometimes, presenting things that are different, so if someone wants to know more, there's always just the simple task of asking. I don't get the "problem" (if I'm reading the earlier statement correctly).

I wondered about that considering that Corchado seems to be a bit elusive with pretty much only two "hits" - possibly both written by Sheller (?) You know that "Latin Explosion" show I listen to on our radio station? I could ask Juan Montenegro if he has any insight. I'll have to contact him on the dreaded Faceplant site tho. Here's a bit of history concerning Corchado and "Mosquitos" This shows different writers for the two songs on the single.

Yeah, that and three other tunes. It's a shame that the description doesn't mention him, but the comments from Everland are a bit strange at times.

More of a chance that K. Dorham would've been (and he was dead by then!).
