i find that after my daily 45 min. treadmill regimen,15 min swim, 20 min. hot tub, 20 min. sauna, and showering, 2 10% abv. porters or stouts seem like 5 and prove to be great incentives. if they prove helpful, that is all the better. as for the sweet gatorade, how can that possibly be healthy????
