    Funny Rat

DD, that Zerbe comes pretty close to the Breuker things. Breuker is more sarcastic, though.
  10. loverman (make sure to follow them links a bit, like this one... many of the century?) also hilarious: "Hey Guys and Gals!!! I am 23 Yrs. Funky Guy" and on the about page "Age: Private information"
  11. nope, young beri used the sink- can't you read properly?
  12. will this provide the FBI with a new data-mask in their search for latent criminals?
  13. no, it's about possibly wrecking the jacket. The high prices are payed usually not for the record being in NM state, but for the Jacket. The Jacket is more than half of the price it seems.
  14. nah, you're not, but we were too busy finding out which Brownie Kirk quotes on "A Quote from Clifford Brown." Volunteered Slavery is a damn fine rekkid, much power and joy.
  15. all of it
  16. You cannot. But once you start typing things up, it will go faster and faster as you can select tunes/composers/artist/etc from the list of already existing entries. The reason we didn't go there for the Basie discography was that we had over 4000 complete entries already in digital format, didn't have that much time, and wanted to have the possibility of online searches. You can do all kinds of searches with Brian too, and have it spit out html files, but you cannot (yet) do these searches in realtime online. The latter is something we're still struggling with for the Basie data as well, but in deus we trust...
  17. words only topped by James T himself
  18. On the technical side: It would be a good idea to use the Brian software that can be found on http://www.jazzdiscography.com/ The only downside is that it is a bit crippled on the import/export functions, but work is being done on that, I have been told. On the plus side are a lot of auto-complete kind of functions, helping you to avoid typ-os and mix-ups.
  19. was for me. You had to be there I guess...
  20. obvious cross posting, no need to get all messed up
  21. who said I'm cool with it?
