I made an order with them recently and it got shipped by FedEx, turned up about two days later and still no sign of any customs charge so there is at least some hope How come you got yours shipped by FedEx but it wouldn't accept it - twice - for my order? You might want to consider buying a new copy from Chuck Nessa, best source for this Uptown label. This cd does not seem to be Uptown Label. It is Resevoir. If this album was recorded in April 1984, it was available on Uptown 27.21 - maybe the original was on Reservoir, but I never knew that. The only issue I know of is Uptown. MG

Surely Gillette was saying something similar? I'm pretty sure his main love was, and probably remains, black music, but I'm also sure he appreciates Rock & Roll and Rock; he used to play plenty on his radio show in the early 70s (before I moved here, out of range) and I'm certain he was given a free hand; no suit could have come up with the wide ranging kinds of things he did - white or black.
