As I understand it Tyson is seriously in hock. The leeches have drained him dry and he has to fight to pay off his staggering debts. He'll probably continue to fight until no state or country will sanction his matches. It's a sad story.

A lot of his threads are probably "Been There Done That" for you and I can seen why their reapperance for you could be annoying but not everybody is in the same boat as you are or at least not to the same extent. To some posters his threads are no doubt redundant but that probably isn't a hard and fast rule for everyone.

While I don't fault the D Backs for their asking price for the Unit and Steve Finley I still think their demands for those two players are outrageous. If it was me I wouldn't fork over all my prospects for two players that close to the end of their career. I know there's a lot of pressure to win now but if it's done wrong you could gut your future like a fish(Marlins?). I know the Yankees have been doing it that way for year but their minor league system is now devoid of anybody who could help them anytime soon and I can't help but feel that it's just a matter of time before this catches up with the Bronx Bombers.

I had the Lifetime albums at one point. Unfortunately that is no longer the case but I will acquire them on cd if they are available. I saw Tony a few years after the Lifetime group ran their course and I hate to say this but I was really disappointed.The group he had consisted of keyboards,guitar and bass and it seemed that the whole plan was to play every note at the fastest possible speed. It was all flash and no substance. The audience was totally indifferent to this and Tony bailed about halfway through the show.

The strings and voices don't bother me an iota on this one. Ray Charles saw to it that they were not an overriding factor. It could have been pure dreck but Ray saw to it that it didn't happen. Ray Charles's presence turned possible chicken shit into chicken salad. He was one of the few artists who was capable of prevailing over these potentially negative elements and to this day very few singers can make this claim. It was a breakthrough masterpiece IMO.

He's been flopping around on where he would want to go. St. Louis surfaced last week as one place to consider seriously. I really don't see New York as an option for the D'Backs for the reasons you mentioned. The only team I see with the requisite major league ready prospects is Anaheim and the Angels dont seem willing to fork over very many of them which is a problem because the unit won't come cheap.
