I just voted no on Prop 1. Why? Because it's a regressive tax increase that hurts the poor and lower middle class. Let's not forget that one of the first things Gov Synder did when he got into office in 2011 was cut almost $2 billion from Michigan's revenues by abolishing the MBT and then shifted that deficit burden onto the poor and middle class.
