  1. Have you cleared and reset your cache?
  2. I have a request into technical support about this. Seems to be a database issue.
  3. Testing.
  4. The organ used on both the CD and bonus material is my 1954 Hammond C2 (with TrekII percussion installed) through a late 50's Leslie 21H.
  5. Yes, US shipping rates have increased dramatically for international deliveries. It used to cost me just under $5 to mail a single disc in a bubble mailer to anywhere in Europe. Now it is upwards of $12. It's insane.
  6. Bumping this oldie but goodie because Waiting For The Boogaloo Sisters... is on sale at CDBaby right now. Only $7 for either a download or the actual physical CD. http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/organissimo Enjoy!
  7. This is a very contentious issue on the Invision Community Forums and has been since the new version was released in November of last year. I waited as long as I could to upgrade but I felt I had to pull the trigger due to some serious security issues in the old version (3.3) that worried me. We get a TON of spambots attacking our server constantly. If they get in through holes in this software, it could (and has) wreak havoc on this and other important sites on the server. The developers are promising an easier system in the next update. We'll see. At first it didn't work for me consistently either but after deleting my cookies and rebooting my computer (something I hardly ever do these days), it works flawlessly now.
  8. What browser are you using? It works perfect for me. When you hit "quote", the quote appears in the reply box and you either post before or after it. The quote system changed with the recent upgrade from 3.3 to 3.4 of the forum software. I like to keep the forum software up to date because of security concerns which can affect the entire server, not just this domain.
  9. We're still hanging tough on the national JazzWeek charts at #6. Our peak was #5 and we've been in the Top 10 for 6 weeks. The CD is doing really well.
  10. Randy didn't want to include it.
  11. Might be able to put that back in. Let me do some searching. Sorry I missed the big anniversary. Pretty amazing. I think about where I was 10 years ago and how much has changed in my life and it's... well, shocking. I still feel 25 inside but the grey hairs say otherwise. Thanks to everyone who has stuck around and made this place still the best jazz hang on the web.
  12. Well, this is a question asked long ago (and Jim never did answer) but having acquired most of their collaborations recently, I'm curious where this one appeared. It's been 10 years since the original question, but yes, I do have that album and have had it since the late 90s. 10 years for this place. Crazy, baby.
  13. Those early Wes records are classics. His work on Criss Cross was consistently enjoyable as well. Another of the old guard gone. RIP.
  14. I have not had any luck getting in touch with him plus this was just a "pre-session" to get material for the Kickstarter. It wasn't a "real" session and it wouldn't have been possible to get him up here if I had been able to find him.
  15. I wanted to give an update on this project. Two Sundays ago I was able to get four stellar musicians together in my home studio to record two songs with multi-camera HD video. The musicians were Randy Gelispie on drums, Ralph Tope on guitar, Jim Cooper on vibes, and Mark Kieme on tenor. We did "Latona" and "Night Flight". I'm editing the videos right now. I'm hoping to launch the Kickstarter before I head back on the road with Ms. Magness. In other words, before March 22nd. The session, though short, was a total blast. This is going to be a fantastic project. More soon!
  16. BTW, if anyone uses iTunes and feels like writing a short review and rating the album for us on there, that would be mightily appreciated. https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/dedicated/id595866898
  17. Yeah, I'm not one to continually upgrade my software (I'm still on iOS4 and iTunes 10) but I try to keep the forum software up to date due to security fixes.
  18. Well, if you know where you're going to be in the next few weeks, I can mail a CD plus a CD copy of the bonus tracks.
  19. The software was updated from 3.3 to 3.4 and yes, they changed the quote function.
  20. Thanks for all the kind words. I'm proud of this one from both a playing and engineering perspective, so I'm glad people are into it. To my knowledge, you either have to order one online or download it. As a Kickstarter backer, you should've received an email with a download link. Email me if you need me to re-send.
  21. Hmmm... I just tried to attach a jpeg and it wouldn't let me. I'll send a support request to the software guys.
  22. Just a note that the Kickstarter Bonus Tracks, titled "Re-Dedicated", were released tonight. If you pledged $30 or more to the Kickstarter campaign, you should've received an email with links to my Google Drive to download either hi-res MP3s or FLAC files. I encoded the FLACs myself this time and added all the meta-data. Please, FLAC folks, let me know if it worked. In other news, "Dedicated" is currently #5 on the JazzWeek charts, the highest position ever for an organissimo release! I'm very proud of this one!
  23. I listened to the NPR stream last night. Groovin' hard. The first track is fantastic. What an amazing legacy.
  24. How are the jpegs integrated into the press release?
