  1. The answer is HELL YES!
  2. My bedroom walls circa 1987!
  3. I just heard about it today. I may stop by a brick and morter on the way home!
  4. That statement is a little strong for me. He wrote some nice tunes that worked well with that group. But his playing on that album sounds like a young, not-fully-formed, self-conscious saxaphonist. Which was pretty much what he was. Pat, OTOH, is at his finest on that album, in my opinion.
  5. Still looking for my copy...
  6. Not bad for an Iowan!
  7. Of course, the success of Wish owes a great deal to the trio backing him up.
  8. I ready for that!
  9. Word!
  10. Kurt's got a new one out? I did not know that.
  11. yeah....and at least we can tell you where we live w/o pointing to our hand. Y'know, earlier I was going to say Hoosiers may have small heads, but big hearts, but if you're gonna be like that about it...
  12. Do we know for sure about Hans? He may have other reasons not spend time here.
  13. I'm cool...
  14. Get out the scorecard again.
  15. Looking back through this thread, I just noticed that dues62 is unregistered. No more cheers?

Just checked out the website. Excellent! And, she likes cake, apparently.
  17. I'm amazed at how much Zora is progressing. It seems like just a few weeks ago she was still very "baby-like", but now she's all over the place, smiling and verbalizing... I was tickling her ribs and she was definitely responding. Pretty cool.
  18. You have a lot of fun with that little guy, don't you?
  19. Frankly, Joe, I'm a little insulted that you won't take the time to name names. You probably think you're one of 'em, don't you?
  20. That's part of the game, too (see my second post)...
  21. Yeah, but then I lost my cool the next day!
  22. I'm with AfricaBrass. There are so many people posting here whom I would gladly invite into my house (at least once, anyway ) that it would be silly to name them. For me, the character of the board is essentially the same as it has been from the start. But then, I mostly frequent the threads about music and musicians, which are often very informative. RARELY does someone get to me to the point of making me surly. I've never felt good about those exchanges, so I usually choose to ignore a crappy post.
  23. Thanks for posting Michael. Everyone is dealing with different needs and issues, and I find it interesting to get a peek into the process, whether I can apply it to my own search or not. And thanks for the tip on Szymanowski.
