I know it doesn't make a difference with the sound, however, I do prefer the blue & white disks. I just like 'em better.

Other favorites of mine are Walker Evans (of course), Eugene Atget, Andre Kertesz, Lee Friedlander, Marion Post Wolcott, and Elliot Erwitt.

Definitely worthwhile getting all of the previous and subsequent volumes IMO. One of the greatest Ellington bands, great selection of Ellingtonia/songs and good sound quality. Even the announcements and bond promos make for interesting listening.
