So back to guitar thoughts... A few nights ago I cleaned up the Epiphone a bit and wiped some C.F.Martin gtr polish on. I was amazed at how shiny the guitar got. Gtr shops don't give a fork, they think they can sell a used guitar without cleaning it up a bit first. Same deal with a bass I bought a few years ago. Yek! When I was at Gtr Center last weekend, there was a bass that looked like someone had played it on a hot summer day with their shirt off.

It would be nice to finish up a couple of projects.

I thought the name of the club rang a bell. Unfortunately, my schedule is as busy as DR.LLS's for the next five days.

I haven't been following the trial, but I can see where they would have a problem with that.

I've been using D'Addario Chrome 10s on my Gibson and Epiphone. If I stick with it, maybe my hands will be strong enough for 11z by Summer.

I don't know. My guess is that it sounds like a bass "guitar" with that pizeo snap from the bridge pickup. Just curious, that's all. Plus I'm on the look out for the right G&L ASAT.

That's Carvin's trip: factory direct. It's kind of rare to find on in a shop. When I spent a week in Hollywood two years ago, I visited the retail store and tried out the Holdsworth Fat Boy. Amazing guitar.

I'm not too sure about that. But I'm am curious about trying one.

And it's fretless.

Didn't buy one, but I did go to the NJ Guitar and Bass Center. They were supposed to be open, but not today. Where's that? Edison. Along with all the other Eq., they have a lot of basses and more fretless basses on the wall than anywhere else I've been. web page Call first! They're real close to both the NJ Turnpike and Rt.1 And don't go on a weekend. Too many kids playing Eruption or whatever... They had one of these that I wanted to check out a few weeks back, but the store was small and busy.
