i have never had the funk in deep freeze 45 before, of couse its special.....u can get TOCJ-ed or RVG'ed or McMastered all day, chewys spinning BN -1675 from now on!!!!!!!!!!! -

saw these reallly nice looking barry harris japan-made cds today-- it warmed my heart to know that there is stil an outlet for jazz in the 2000's (all teh cds were recent). they all looked real nice and looked like they would sounded real nice too-- --but i dont get the japan blue notes, why do they sound better? they are still using blue note copy tapes, right? is it all in the manufacturing/mastering?
