The first CD reissue was the same way (pulled from the LP master), they later corrected that on the digipak release...and it makes a WORLD of difference.

Spinning this one now (online peer pressure is a great thing) and all I can say is...HELL YEAH! This might be one of those discs that I got that never made it out of my "to be played pile"...I've lost quite a few into that void over the years. Man, where have I been? It's going to be in my "to be played frequently pile" for awhile!

Easily one of my favorites. After seeing it I would have "Kill Da Wabbit" stuck in my head for days... Not sure which cartoon it's from (it's one of those haunted hotel things) but one of my favorite lines is Porky calling Sylvester..."You poltroon of a chicken cat, you".

I'm quite fond of this one. No question to me that Vince is jazz. No question that Vince plays enjoyable music. No question that jazz CAN be fun every once in awhile. Not every artist HAS to push any envelopes, break down barriers, carry the torch of social outcry, make the world rethink the definition of music or save the fucking planet. Sometimes it's okay to just put a smile on people's faces and get their foot tapping.
