good call on Patton; have that in the racks! Pearl Jam I had and bought new upon release in 1991. It was more prominently pink than purple from what memory tells me, though now I see some purple highlights. Saw them on tour through Lawrence, KS in spring of 1992 and they were actually incredible live. Never went further than the first album, however.

Used to have a bunch of her records but let them go when I relocated back east. Probably got just $5 selling my original purple marbled Hounds of Love

Wonderful album. Mine has a white cover so this purple one is new to me.

yeah, I know someone who has the master tapes though I'm unsure of their condition. They were salvaged from a home or outbuilding of Oxley's that was being sold. If anyone can do a proper, legitimate reissue of this record, it's the person I know.

Perhaps. I have the early 00s CD set, which has some but not all of the Shepp takes. And then the Seattle, Antibes, and standard Impulse A-77 LPs.

I should buy that. Even though I have most of it except the mono reference takes and I think I'm missing a couple of the Shepp tracks.

Look forward to hearing this, but I gotta say the cover art and choice of album title are not too appealing.
