  8. Eden Abez Tarzan Lord Greystoke
  9. Pee Wee Russell/Oliver Nelson 'The Spirit of '67' (Impulse stereo). With the nice Pee Wee cover art.
  10. No problem ! The Weston is definitely on my short-list for the next order from Mosaic. I think you will be impressed by the material which was put out by Blue Note some years back on 'Uhuru/Africa'. Awesome !
  11. The Selects have random numerical order when they are sent out so don't worry, I doubt it's that near to 'running low' (famous last words..) That Charles Tolliver is a great little set, BTW.
  12. There's also this nice one from the 1980s put out on Hothouse by the guys from Mole Jazz at the time (the band has Dusko Gojkovich)
  13. Good article, thanks for posting ! Some very thoughfull insights there from Mr Hill.
  14. It's only the Scots over here who play it !
  15. Just checking the original LP and yes, it's cover art by Pee Wee Russell.
  16. Another spin for Walt Dickerson 'Plays Unity' (Audio Fidelity)

    The Gigolo

Yes - that is a sublime intro. One of the first Morgan tracks I ever heard and still one of the best.
  18. I like this one. Very much of its time but none the worse for that, I think. It's well worth a reissue.
  19. Hey, don't steal my thunder !
  20. BBC were broadcasting it live over broadband tonight. Good stuff !
  21. Tom Anderson Beavis Butt-Head
  22. But still no sign of the resurrection of the Bill Evans 'Last Waltz'
