Same with me. He uses a lot of signature tricks in different tunes. This makes 'em sound similar. I usually know it's Monk, sometimes I know the name. There's a bunch of 'em I know how to play the heads. Yes, he did a lot of this. He would have a particular note fall on the first beat then the next time that note would be on the second beat, the next measure it would be on the third beat. I picked that out in a lot of his compositions. Right now I can remember which ones to use as an example.

There are some of his compositions no matter how many times I hear Monk or someone play them where I can't give the title. Bright Mississippi and Trinkle, Tinkleis are two for me. I know there would be others. Does anyone here know the titles to all the compositions where you hear it played?

These videos were wonderful. I went and saw Jon and Annie in June at the Blue Note in NYC, albeit they can't do what they were doing in these videos, they made you fell good all over. And there was no autotune.

I have had a copy of these shows from 1967 for years. But this release is only 3 discs and I do have at least 6 discs. If the quality is real good I would consider buy this. Anyone here have this?
