  4. Does copy and paste work for you? I've tried it in Firefox and Chrome on my Windows 10 machine and several Linux machines and it's worked on all of them.
  5. I always thought the song made this scene work.
  6. No need to talk about the limited edition splattered pressing from Vinyl Me Please as it sold it in a few days. Hot times for limited edition vinyl I guess.
  7. I just right click the photo and then "Copy Image". Then I come back to the entry window and press Ctrl V. Like this: This is the late Bill Withers.
  8. Those prices are outrageous. The Tina Brooks set goes for ~$100 all the time. I actually picked up one for $80 just a few years ago.
  9. My favorite Telarc Jazz recordings were the two McGriff/Crawfrod discs, "Right Turn On Blue" and "Blues Groove".
  10. I get no pictures. Glad to hear it's legit though.
  11. RIP to a wonderful pianist. I was glad to have been able to support his last recording. It was recorded at his 80th birthday and he sounded a lot younger. Here's a picture from one of his last swings through the Boston area.
  12. I was talking about Bob on FB today and it got me to thinking about this thread again. Still no luck, although there's a Japanese seller asking almost $30 after shipping. Maybe it's time to bite...
  13. I was lucky to catch Wallace many times over the years. One of those times, he had his brother Antoine and his (then) wife Geri Allen in the band. That was an incredible show.
  14. This is such terrible news. I can't imagine what his 3 children are going through, especially after losing their mother, Geri Allen, just a few years ago.
  15. Nice date by Harry. I'm listening to "Tenor Tribute Vol. 2" on Soul Note.
  16. Under $10 is getting harder to do. I still think Gnarly Head's Zin is pretty good if uncomplicated vino for around $7. (Bodega) Septima Malbec (Argentina) used to be an automatic recommendation in this price point, but recent vintages have come out with retail prices closer to $12. In general, you should still be able to find many good Malbecs from Argentina under $15. There's also a bunch of Spanish Garnaca wines in that same price range.
  17. I am not saying that you have a problem with your set up, but having a strong or weak phantom center can be related to your system. In particular, you should check you speaker wires, because if you somehow got one speaker wired out of phase, that can certainly mess with the center. You can also change the speaker placement and change this pretty substantially.
  18. If I were a bigger fan of this date, I'd grab it. Less $100 delivered to the US for a rarity like this? I'm surprised no one has bought it yet.
  19. On my work PC, as long as the .csv file was written "tab delimited", it opens directly into Excel with each tabbed entry in a separate column. If the file isn't tab delimited but uses spaces instead, you'll probably have to import it or read it into Excel. I haven't done that in many years so it's a bit foggy.
  20. My biggest problem with a subscription service is that if I decide to stop paying it after a year or two, they can disable the app if they want and I'd lose all that work. I want to own an app and all the work I put into creating a database of my collection. I don't want any chance that someone can kill it.
  21. I could swear that I saw Longo on piano at one time but I simply cannot remember who he was with or when it was. I saw a Dizzy Gillespie tribute band once with Jon Faddis on trumpet. maybe that was it?
  22. That's the limited edition pressing from Vinyl Me Please. The Blue Note version will be on straight black vinyl.
  23. Because of this, I found these really cool recollections about Lem: http://www.crj-online.org/v2/CRJ-LemWinchester.php
