Tonight! I landed some of that white salmon Peter mentioned above. I'm going to marinate it with some chopped up bell peppers, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic, then throw it on the grill.

The Easter menu at my parents house..... Antipasto Salad followed by... Lasagna Meatballs followed by... Chicken Cacciatore Sausage and Peppers All washed down with some nice red wines... followed by... Cannoli and cookies (including pignoli) plus.. a little Sambuca My mother really out did herself. She's not been cooking much since having recent heart problems.
