I've stayed because, hands down this place imo was still way better than any alternative out there for an idiot like me. I'm hoping 2008 is a "return to glory" and we all can laugh once again. Agree, I still don't see major flaws with the way the board operates. However, if on top of a little cash, Jim needs help from a couple of hard pipe hittin' moderators, help is what he should get.

Spoken like a volunteer number one. I agree about covering the costs. I know we all drop a few bucks in the pot every once in a while, but it is obvious we need to do more. If Jim would consider sharing with us the costs to operate the board, maybe we can put a plan together.

For me the only real plus of having moderators here would just be to give Jim a break. Nothing ever got so bad that a warning or the occasional thread closure would not correct the problem.
