I had one called "Standards" with Jaco. Never did much for me. In my "I'm so damned bored with Jaco" period (which has moved into the "no Jaco for me" period) I sold it. Haven't missed it.

I wouldn't have assumed factory shrink was waterproof. Seams look too weak to me. Some of the store or business shrink pockets would be a bit better. . . you know it's basically a full pocket with a flap to seal. But I wouldn't want to submerge even these for any dozen microseconds.

What gets me is that he practically overnight started acting like this. . . as a friend of mine says. . . who peed in his cornflakes?

Gosh it's been a long time since I read any of these great stories. . .I've put comics aside and have really only kept reprints of early Marvel, a complete Dr. Strange up through the stupid full-face costume Colan issues, and my Spirit collection. From memory I think John's (couw's) plan is a good one to follow.
