For some reason, she doesn't bother me. Though I acknowledge that she's awful at times. . . . I don't think she could hear herself and that didn't help. But. . . she was so beautiful to see in the 'seventies. . . .Everytime I want to complain about how she sounds, I think of when I saw her with my own two eyes. . .and forget about it!

It could mean a "crackdown." It could be something else as well, that Jazz Loft is no longer carrying items from a particular distributor for other reasons. Personally, I hope it's a crackdown, but this one example isn't the most compelling evidence (for me).

I'm just retiring from the State. . . I intend to work (I need to work if I want to buy cds and dvds and books!) at something fun and less stressful. At this time I'm targetting NONOFFICE work. I've had enough of offices. Lucrative. . . but high stress!

Oh I'm using Capitol Metro for going back and forth to work for the most part, at least presently and at least until I retire from the state and do something else after February. Riding home from work is so little fun, creeping along the street bumper to bumper at the hour I get off work, that it's easier and less stressful to get some walking and reading in and take the bus.

See sidewinder's post above; he describes it pretty well. To my ears it's quite different than Spiral/Medina/Total Eclipse. I like it!

I vote for monthly drives. . . . We need to get moderation out of Jim's hands (he can still be the Chief Executive Officer though!) so he doesn't feel that he's losing time to spend with the three really important persons in his life.
