Quincy Posted July 31, 2006 Report Posted July 31, 2006 Thanks to the Concord sale organissimo has a new neighbor on my shelves, bumping aside Greg Osby. Kid Ory's Favorites! is now to the right of my organissimo discs. Lennie Niehaus Vol. 1, The Quintets is to the left (If I didn't segregate my jazz discs Old & In The Way Breakdown would take its place.) What discs sandwich your organissimo discs? Quote

tjobbe Posted July 31, 2006 Report Posted July 31, 2006 puhhh, its stacked somewhere in the pile that is tagged as "frequently lsitened to" and therefore not put back to the shelf and as well not knowing what's aside of it...I guess it might be some Metheny ECM and a Blakey Blue Note... Quote
Clunky Posted July 31, 2006 Report Posted July 31, 2006 Anthony Ortega - New Dance Damn, I have that one too, but it must be misfiled somewhere Mine are always misfiled. I think the most recent CD is in the frequently played pile where as the older one is in a box of digipak CDs- ,,well it's some form of system. Quote

Jim Alfredson Posted July 31, 2006 Report Posted July 31, 2006 Orchestral Manuvers In The Dark and Oingo Bingo. I file my my collection backwards, starting with Z. Okay, I'm totally lying about all that. My CDs are a mess and it's amazing I can ever find anything. And I don't have any OMD or Oingo. I do have some Ozric Tentacles, though... Quote
tjobbe Posted July 31, 2006 Report Posted July 31, 2006 need to correct myself: it went from the recently played pile to the recently ripped to MP3-2-go pile with Ian Hunter's You're never alone with a shizophrenic and Little Feat's Waiting for Columbus as neighbor.. Cheers, Tjobbe Quote
