Misterioso Posted November 2, 2019 Report Posted November 2, 2019 Art Pepper - Promise Kept: The Complete Artists House Recordings (Omnivore 2019) I love this set. Pepper plays the blues. I have it on repeat in the car and it is on high rotation in the main system as well. There is no shortage of late Art Pepper recordings but these 6 hours are my favorite. Michael Graves' mastering job deserves extra recognition. Quote

I've been compulsively watching eBay for it to come back around after I missed it for $50 something (and that was without the book and box), and I think I just lucked with an odd-timed auction that people missed.
